ADMINISTRATION

• Insurance and bonding capacity to participate in large projects
• Experience tendering and working in all types on contract arrangements such as project management, regular bidding to general contractors directly or through bid depository, cost reimbursable on short term or long term projects.
• Combined or package pricing for projects where we are performing more than one trade.
• Shop drawings, engineered if required

OPERATIONS

• Design build for all scopes of work.
• Ability to perform as the Prime Contractor for projects where a majority of the work is related to the trades that we offer.
• Journeyperson personnel
• Specific training by membrane roofing manufacturers, and certified installer of all types of membrane roof systems.
• Membership in provincial and national roofing associations (SRCA, CRCA)
